BotVault stores and manages credentials for your AI bots. By using it, you agree to these terms.
You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your login. If something looks wrong, tell us.
BotVault offers two plans:
Free Plan
Pro Plan — $9/month or $89/year
Prices are in US Dollars (USD). All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles billing, payment processing, tax collection, and invoicing on our behalf.
Recurring Charges
Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on your selection). Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan.
Refunds
All payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll review your case.
Downgrade Behavior
When your account reverts to the Free plan, you retain read access to all your existing data. However, you will not be able to create new credentials, bots, or connections beyond the Free plan limits until you upgrade again.
Taxes
Applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax, etc.) are calculated and collected by Lemon Squeezy based on your location. The prices shown in the app may not include taxes; the final amount is displayed at checkout.
We may update pricing, features, or plan limits at any time. Changes will be reflected in the app. If you're on an active paid subscription, pricing changes take effect at your next billing cycle. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
We can change, update, or remove features at any time. We'll do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service.
Your credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Passwords are cryptographically hashed and never stored in plaintext. We take security seriously. But no system is 100% safe. You accept that risk.
If a security incident happens, we'll notify affected users as soon as reasonably possible. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months (or $0 if you're on a free plan). We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party services you connect through BotVault.
We can suspend or delete your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account anytime.
BotVault is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will always work perfectly or meet all your needs.
These terms are governed by the federal laws of Mexico and the local laws of Mexico City (Ciudad de México). Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the use of BotVault shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, and both parties consent to their exclusive jurisdiction.
